A couple Saturday's ago we hosted our first Sisterhood workshop on How to Study the Bible. It was so neat to see women of all ages, stages, and seasons gather together to dig into God's Word. Mother's Day
As we approach Mother's Day in a couple days, I want to remind that the Lord delights in YOU today and every day! Sister, if you’ve been blessed with children, may the Lord continue to equip you as you make disciples of your kids (of all ages). However, it’s not lost on me that for some, Mother's Day can be a day filled with heartache. Whether you're single and waiting for God's best for you, whether you struggle with infertility, or whether you have a strained relationship with your mother or child--Mother's day can often bring a mix of emotions. I get it, and I see you. Living as a single adult in the family of God for many years, made this day hard for me too.
Sister, our Father sees you. Each of you are a valuable part of the family of God. You are seen, cared for, and the Lord’s beloved. I pray that today and everyday you remember who you are in Jesus Christ and that you continue to live out the calling to make disciples.
This Sunday, we would like to honor all women. Please stop by our Women's Ministry booth after service to pick up a little something. We will be located outside the front of the building.
Game Night

And I pray this over you, sister, "that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge (Ephesians 3:17-19)."
