Women's Update March 2022

    Fellowship Sister,

I hope this month is starting out well for you but perhaps this has been a tough season for you. So I pray this prayer for you, "but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Isaiah 40:31 May you continue to wait on the Lord and know that He is with you and is for you.

Mid-terms are right around the corner for our college women and we will be sending them care-packages in a couple weeks. Because of your generosity in the fall, we have plenty of items to send to our college women so THANK YOU. You can participate by writing an encouragement/prayer note for us to include. Thank you for those who have already taken the time to write a note of encouragement! This Sunday, March 6 is the last Sunday you'll be able drop off your note(s) in the cafe' (look for a labeled basket on where to drop your notes). In the fall, we received a lot of encouraging feedback from college students and their mommas; so thank you for encouraging our women in this way!

Women's Ministry is passionate about outreach, so we'd love to hear from you and how God is using you to minister to women in your neighborhood or workplace. Or if you're interested in learning or leading in an off-campus venue, please email us at

Before you scroll to see Women's Ministry prayer requests, we want to thank you for praying for the Beloved event that took place a couple weeks ago. The Lord was at work and it was beautiful to see women gather together and walk away being reminded that they are deeply loved by God. Thank you for praying, sisters and we'd appreciate your continued prayers for God to be at work in the lives of women at Fellowship and beyond.

    Two for Tuesday Bible Study
We have a couple more weeks left in our Truthfilled study and its been going so well. Ruth Chou Simons says, "If fruit is born of abiding and work is born of striving, we bear fruit of obedience when we remain (abide) in the truth of God's character and what He's accomplished through the gospel and whom He's made us to be as a result." What a relief that the fruit we bear is because of His grace in our life. Our role is to faithfully obey as we walk in Christ-likeness. Please be praying that the women involved with the study will continue to learn and practice the value of preaching truth to themselves.

    Moms Side by Side
In our Moms Side by Side ministry we continue to celebrate what God is doing in the lives' of our young women. Please continue to pray for our mentors as they pour into the women and also for moms that God will continue to equip and encourage them as they make disciples of their little ones.

Sister, thank you so much for praying alongside us in Women's Ministry. We are celebrating what God has done and will continue to do as we yield to the working of the Holy Spirit. What an honor it is to be daughters of the Most High King. May you continue to walk in His love, sister! You are His Beloved.

    Blessings,
    Karie
